It was extremely difficult to reach anyone during business hours, and I did not feel supported while trying to resolve the situation. Based on my experience, this branch does not seem responsive when urgent fraud-related issues arise. I would caution others to be very careful.

There is a small shopping strip behind here that has various businesses including a vape shop and a storage unit place. On the one side of this band is a LGE community Credit Union. On the other side there is a Little Caesars Pizza, a Thai place and a Firestone Auto place. Across the street is a RaceTrac and an ALDI. According to Google there are at least 18 Fidelity branches in the state of Georgia. This is the only location in Hiram. The next closest location maybe in Marietta on South Cobb Drive. I like Fidelity in that they are a Big "little" bank. They're big enough to be one of the big players like Wells Fargo or Chase but not so big that they lose that human touch. When I walk into a Fidelity I always feel like I'm walking into a small town bank. There are always people that smile and greet me like they've known me for years while nearby there is usually a plate of cookies, snacks and coffee. It may not be much but in a world where you can easily sit on the phone for half an hour just to tell someone that the storm knocked out your cable and you can't watch Games of Thrones....being able to pick the phone and talk to a live person and have that live person know who you are...well that's priceless....thanks guys and keep up the good work! 1214th review 2/13/2018 134th for 2018

There was a miscommunication between the insurance company and family savings and credit union that caused frustration, particularly when family savings credit union added insurance to our loan principal. After seeing my dissatisfaction online, I was contacted by the head of the Lending department to collect the proper information and took care of the issue. My hope is that they would have contacted me via phone initially instead of just sending me a letter that had stated that they had added this premium, a simple discussion in five minutes would have alleviated any of the frustration. Currently, all the matter is resolved and I have updated my review of the organization seeing as they have dealt with the situation accordingly and shown genuine concern and care for my business.

I've been banking with LGE for 12+ years and I can't rave enough about this credit union. They have always exceeded our expectations. I've even introduced several of my friends who now bank with LGE and they always thank me. I've never had any issues at any of the branches either. I use the Wendy Bagwell/Hiram branch most often. Best credit union EVER!!!

Initially, I went to the employee I typically see, but for some reason, she did not seem to understand the note this time. Since this is something I do regularly, I found that a bit surprising. I decided to wait and go to another associate instead--and I am so glad I did. It was my first time working with Yvette (Associate #773), and from the moment we exchanged "Good afternoon," she reviewed my note and immediately understood the breakdown. That impressed me, especially since it was our first interaction. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to communicate with. Please let Yvette know how pleased I was with the excellent service she provided at 12:11 p.m. today. I truly look forward to doing business with her again. Seems that the drive thru would be easier. So today my wife pre-called them to let them know I was coming in and was told by "Jenny" that they would come out to me when I got there and called. I get there within 15 minutes of that call. Called three times and no one picked up. I then hobble myself inside and call again and can barely hear the phone ringing in a far office. There are 3 employees visible, only two of them working behind the counter. One of them is the manager. Here it is a Friday afternoon, 3 employees only two of them behind the counter. Piss poor employee management before a Friday rush! I tell the manager that I am not happy and he blows it off, oh well. So it seems lying and poor customer service is the new norm for BOA. When I asked if there was a number to call and complain I was told NO. Maybe I would get a customer survey to fill out. When I asked if there was a way to make sure I got the customer survey the manager said no it was random. Again Horse hockey! Well here is the phone number for the VP and his email address.
