On the morning f 11/13, I had forgotten my hearing aids and drove to the window to place my order so I would be able to communicate placing my order. The staff refused to accommodate my hearing handicap and take my order at the window. I am sure that Starbucks has policies regarding this type of issue and would not approve of their refusal.
