Furniture was all newer, beds very clean and comfortable! The bathroom was great with a fancy pants new tiled shower with multiple shower heads, just great! Pool is great for our young kids, we like that it's not too deep, wild or over stimulating!!! We also loved being able to have a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant with our stay, it was very filling and satisfying! We will be back again for sure!

That bothered me. You can't control the heat in your room. The first week I froze in my room. I asked the manager about the heat situation and he said hed get right on it. I had heat that night. The room also has a bathroom with a stand up shower and toilet. The windows are poorly insulated so when you have a shower the heat melts the frost on the windows and it covers the floor in a big old puddle. The sink (which is located outside the bathroom) has a slow leak on the hot tap which I informed the manager about. ... 2 weeks later. I now have no hot water to shower or wash my dishes. And tonight I have no heat in my room. I could go on about but if that isnt enough to dissuade you. Nothing will. I very disappointed in the service. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can.

I even called 2 weeks asking to see if i could get my room near my friend as a group of hockey team was staying their. I was told no problem and he made a comment on my reservation!
