For example: we took our Mazda for an oil change, but somehow they discovered ball joints and brakes needed replaced. Six months later we took the Mazda in for an oil change, and we were told it had a bad ball joint. I told the manager that they were replaced six months ago. Supposedly they replaced it under warranty. Three months later I changed the oil myself and discovered they had installed the wrong oil filter. In fact, it was half the size as the correct one. Consequently, I came unglued and let them know I was spreading the word about their shady business ethics and shoddy maintenance.

Well, we made at and went to Tires Tires Tires and I talked with the manager about our dilemma and he came out and looked things over and made his recommendation. Long story short, 4 brand new tires and in and out in 30 minutes. I realize our wait time was nothing and we got lucky but the staff was amazing and very very friendly! Best $500 we ever spent and now some piece of mind for the rest of our trip!

But even after paying off my vehicle I continue to use them because I feel they are resonalbly priced and have always had good customer service. They have taken care of window that would not open, Joints going bad, and other things... They always tell me if I have anymore problems to let them know. I have attempted to call multiple times again with no one answering the phone a little confused as to why Ron is not responding back to me. My mechanic told me that this should be covered under the warranty that Ron provided with getting our Transmission changed which ways a lot of $$$$ Ron seemed like a really nice guy and I really appreciated him getting my van done right away, However, I'm really confused as to why he's not addressing this issue that I'm having now I hope he sees my review and gives me a call ASAP

I had a scheduled appointment for the work and it still took them almost 2-weeks to do the work. They had to do the job twice because the the first transmission only lasted for a day. When I picked it up I was told that it had I vibration and shifted hard but was told it was an electronic "learning" transmission and that the issues would clear up after driving for awhile. Well now I am at home in Kentucky and the truck is not getting better and has to go into a transmission shop here at my expense. NEVER EVER use this shop. The owner, Ron Sr. also has no people skills and if you question his work he will get mad and who know what kind of work you will get done. STAY AWAY, Use anyone else in town but not RONS TRANSMISSION !!! You have been warned!!!!!!!
