After the first month we got everything set up. They guarantee 45 actions a month over a 12 month period. After 3 months I receive nothing. Not the first phone call nor site visitor. I was averaging about 14 actions a month. I called to cancel. This took over 5 emails and 3 phone calls over a 5 day period. I talked to a lady named Erma. I was playing nice at this time. She offered to give 3 months comped and down grade subscription from 229$ a month to $99. I verbally asked her. "Verify that this will only cost me around $1000 now. She stated yes." I was happy and willing to give them a chance. I received a refund for only half. This was a huge mistake on their part. It took another 3 emails and 5 phone calls to talk to Erma again. She tried to play a marketing scheme on me saying "well you were give a discount at the time of purchase and the months have already past so we can not do anything about it." Yes I paid in full up front. I informed her that if it was worth 2500 then that is all it is worth and it will not go back up to 3000 just because of a lower subscription. I have canceled the campaign completely. I haven't received a full refund yet minus the first NON PERFORMING MONTHS and I am sure I will have many more calls to get my monies back. STAY AWAY! At first they seemed helpful but after a few weeks they stopped communicating at all and i was ghosted by both of the reporters.
