I have watched wfrv's morning news off and on for years but now regularly follow wbay tv. Why? Kaitlin Corbett's (morning anchor) whiny, valley girl voice is intolerable and the message she is attempting to convey is lost. I believe her intonation/voice quality could be remedied with a voice coach because she slips out of "valley girl" mode occasionally. read more

Your station must be losing millions of dollars in advertising because you are fighting with DirecTV. I haven't been able to watch channel 5 because you refused to negotiate with DirecTV. When and if your station ever does get back on DirecTV I will not be watching. read more

To Tom Mohoney ---Weather Forecaster, Tom last evening you said that a year ago the temperature was 60 degrees I agree with you as it stayed in the 40 to 60 degree range for over a week. Also the fruit trees, my and many other grape growing folks the fruit thought it was spring and the buds came out and the following week most of buds froze.
