I reached out to a different (still highly recommended) broker in Fort McMurray and was given an immediate no for approval due to being a co-signer for someone else's mortgage. I reached out to Whalen Mortgages for a second opinion, and was paired up with Roxann. Man did she fight to get me this place. We had nothing but hurdles the entire way through and she really put in the work to get me approved, I can't thank her enough. Had I stopped at the first broker I wouldn't have gotten anything. Couldn't recommend Whalen Mortgages enough, specifically Roxann for being such a pitbull to get me approved. By the end of it I think she was just as happy as I was hahaha.
