This location never fails to disappoint me. I try my best to avoid this one and to visit another one if I can help it. It's severely mismanaged. They never get my order right and despite waiting longer than average at other locations, the food is somehow cold each time. For some reason I thought going inside would improve my chances of getting better quality food, but it was only after that I realized what's wrong here. Firstly, the inside dining area receives as much attention as my meals. It's messy and the staff are running in all directions, mostly frustrated. Secondly, the manager is literally yelling at them left and right for not wearing gloves and having to remake food because of it. The quality of the food was below average at best for my experience. The hash browns were hard like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for awile. This was a very disappointing experience. As a former Whataburger employee, I understand the feeling of having to work overnight. That being said, the person taking the order was not polite, nor did they say their name like they're supposed to do. It's this way to create a family type relationship with the customer. All 5 of them and there drinks and we told the drive thru girl named tatiana she said her name was ... And she literally told my wife she was lying ... And that set me off .. Why would i lie about a single breakfast burger and a chicken biscuit when i just literally ordered this much food.. I asked to speak to the manager.. He came to the window said his name was tim and said directly to my wife that she was straight lying .. I then flashed my badge and said i have worked in this city and in public service for 22 years and to accuse my wife and the manager tim and tatiana to say that my wife was lying... So i gave all the food back and i got a refund... That is not how you treat customers and certainly dont tell someone there lying after ordering 58 dollars worth of food... I immediately had my wife call the corporate number and file a complaint.. And we literally eat whataburger atleast one time atleast every 2 weeks.. But i will never go back to that whataburger .. The manager tim and service window person tatitana is a very poor spokes person for this store... Guess what .. We drove down the road and sonic got our business that morning.... I don't have unreasonable expectations for a Whataburger but every time I've come here at night they've messed something up. They are always severely understaffed and slow which is okay every once in a while, but this has been the case every time I've gone. Just waited in line for 25 minutes around 12:30 AM for a breakfast combo (advertised as served from 11-11) and the lady at the drive through said they still haven't started cooking breakfast food yet. 25-30 minutes of sitting in a running car down the drain with no way of knowing until you finally got to the order speaker.
