service was TERRIBLE. i went with my family and my 10 year old autistic sister wanted a fried chicken sandwich. they gave her a grilled chicken sandwich instead. i wasn't mad at this point, so i told an employee about it hoping she could simply take the grilled chicken sandwich and get her the proper sandwich. however, not only did they make us pay for the new sandwich, but ALSO made us pay for the original one we did not want. THIS PLACE SUCKSSSSS!!! I personally work in service industry and understand being busy, however, whoever is paying for their food should receive it correctly. I specifically ordered a patty melt with no onions because my friend is deathly allergic. Not only did I order this twice at the drive thru but originally received the wrong order. After having it corrected to my order it was STILL WRONG. My friend did not eat tonight because unlike everyone else who can scrape off what they dont like, she can not touch what she is allergic to. This is a very serious problem considering if I didn't check the sandwich this could have ended in a hospital note. I tried to call the store to correct the problem and they never answered. Three times I have gone to the whataburger on Mcniel around midnight. I work at night and order the number two with cheese and large fry and large sprite and the burger and fries were cold. I was told just tell them you want a fresh made one by a friend. Well all the food is supposed to be fresh made they don't have heat lamps I'm really disappointed in whataburger I'm better off going to Dennys now in the late hours of the evenings. read more

We recently moved from California to Texas and were told by friends that we had to try whataburger. Staff at this location are very friendly, and the service here was pretty fast. My husband had a patty melt meal, and my son had a dry whataburger meal. Both were very good. Will definitely return her again. read more

Every single time I ever go to this whataburger in town, they screw up my order. Really frustrating when you're in a rush and they don't even have a line. I repeat myself multiple times to make sure they get it right and they always fail to give the right stuff. Never seem to be polite or organized. You're better off going to the one on Mcniel. Whataburger is a burger chain my fiance loved eating growing up in Wichita Fall, Texas. When I finally got to go to his hometown with him - he was so excited to take me! A mouthful of the burger told me why. Juicy, greasy, and BIG (as all things in Texas), it was a filling burger to quench any appetite. Upon looking at it, it looks like a normal burger (aside from being bigger than most), with the large white buns, huge patty, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and chopped onions - but the combination of all accessories was a delight. Sure, it was greasy and my entire had glistened all the while, but boy - it was delicious! The fries are better than McD's and the "regular" soda is as big as a 42 oz. from 7-11. The funny thing is - this was the "regular" size. There's still an option to "up-size" - which I could not imagine how much larger it could get! The price was comparable to any other fast food combinations. We paid about $15 for 2 burgers, 2 french fries (we should have just gotten one order), and two sodas. It's unfortunate that we don't have Whataburger in Southern California. I'd definitely go back next time we're in the area! read more

Don't hate that I am a California and I like Whataburger more than In n Out. Shhh don't tell anyone I said that. I love their fries and I usually get one of the hambergers with the jalapenos or the mushroom burger if I remember correctly. If I am trying to be a little healthy (I know don't judge) I get the grilled chicken sandwich and it is so yummy. My husband looks at me like I am crazy I'm at a burger place, but hay I like it. Should I mention that I love the chocolate shake, and the fried apple pie is amazing. Did I mention the pie I think I should say it again the fried pie is yummy. They also have a lemon pie and I like it too but apple is the best. They also bring a condiment container with your food that has regular ketchup and spicy ketchup along with salsa and salt and pepper. The spicy ketchup is tasty but I still like the regular. Did I forget to mention the sweet tea? I love sweet tea and the tea here is always made strong with a nice kick of sweet. The drive thru is open 24 hours I believe. read more

I love whataburger dont get me wrong..but EVERYTIME i get off work and swing past this particular spot...it NEVER fails they always mess up my order. I went through the drive thru and placed 2 orders. One order was right, my second order i was short a fry. I asked for 2 sausage, egg and cheese on a bun and a med french fry, paid for it and got all the way home and med fry wasnt in my bag. Something told me to check it but assuming it was a different person at the window...they would have at least got the order right. I was wrong. My husband hates that i stop there because he already knows they will mess up our order. Visited this location with my family about 9pm. Quite a few college kids there. Food came out quickly was fresh and good. Until... Low and behold a cricket begins casually hoping along the dining room. We all began to eat really quickly so we could get out of there ASAP. Arguably the best fast food burger. Period. I know it's number one in my opinion! Not necessarily cheap, but you're paying for a REAL burger. You could go cheaper at somewhere like McDonald's, but you're not only getting better quality at Whataburger, you're also getting an overall bigger burger. Also they're open 24/7, which is huge for a college student like myself. Most places close at 11 around here, so I appreciate them being there for me at literally any time. In my experience the staff has always been friendly, and on the rare occasion that my food isn't perfect they have more than made up for it! read more

We have been to this whataburger two days in a row. (Painting our house and it's a mess, don't judge us)... Anyway, the drive through has been amazing!!! The cashier (Lyndsey, as our receipt says) has been on point. She is happy, attentive, puts the condiments in when we ask!! i had the #1, which is the whataburger combo. maybe i ordered the wrong thing? because seriously, i could've made a better burger on my own. i don't mean to sound hateful... but there was definitely nothing special about the burgers here. i prefer mcdonalds over whataburger i guess. the taste is there at mcdonalds. the fries here were good. not great. but good. they had the crispiness and were definitely the right size. which, to me, means the same size as mcdonalds fries. i'm not a big fan of the larger bullkier fries. something positive that i would like to say about whataburger is that the burger (although not great tasting), did leave me feeling full. unlike mcdonalds, which just leaves me feeling bloated and guilty. read more
