EDIT (2+ HOURS LATER): 5 STARS TO 3 STARS…read more NEW REVIEW: Maybe I wrote too soon... They 100% skipped me and forgot about my vehicle. It's been over 2 hours and I am still waiting. I was told 1-1.5 hr wait and could be earlier. Sounds good to me! I waited patiently and saw several others come in and got sent out before me. I figured it was appointments. However, as time went on there were a few walk-ins too who also got sent out before me. That doesn't seem right. I even checked my text notification and it said I should have been done over an hour ago. After 2 hours I got up and spoke with Josh. He was able to make sure my car would be seen next. Him and another gentleman were apologetic, which I appreciated. I am still waiting but despite not having an appointment it should NOT constantly push me to the back of the line... especially when I saw several others walking in (no appointment) and getting their services fixed before me. Very bummed because I was excited for the day to be fixed only for it to just get more delayed due to establishment/negligent error. ------------------------------------------------ PREVIOUS REVIEW: One of the worst things to happen RIGHT BEFORE a long road-trip. A nail in the tire!!! I guess it was a sign for me to get a new set of tires. Lacking time, I called around and did my research. I took a whim to come to America's Tire and I am so glad I did. I have utilized America's Tire in the past for a different vehicle. I mainly go to Toyota or Costco. However, Costco was fully booked and could not squeeze me in. Josh at America's Tire was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to look up the tires I wanted and said they have it in stock! Hallelujah!! Super chill dude and he gave me great information about their policies and said they even price match! Josh was very understanding of my situation and put my mind at ease. They are very busy but I see the professionalism in all the workers here and do appreciate the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

I would avoid this shop. I left and went to another shop and was happy to discover I only needed brakes and rotors for the front wheels. They said rear brakes and wheel bearings were OK and did not need replaced. I gave Fast Tire Service a call to see if they could fit in two possible nail punctures in about an hour or two (since I still had to go to class), it was a Friday so I had assumed it might be a busy day! Stopped by a gas station after class to quickly pump my tires and drove to Fast Tire Service. My dad has been coming to these guys with all our cars since 2018.
