Pretty cool that they have the Taiwanese Wheelcake in this food court. They make them at their stand on the griddle, but it doesn't seem they're made to order. I got handed mine real quick; I'd actually be ok if it took a tad longer to make fresh from scratch.
Bean: The classic. Nice crispy exterior. Fluffy cake underneath. And a subtle bean paste in the center.
Vanilla & Chocolate Custard: A newer take on the wheelcake. Really enjoyed the creaminess. Also, I appreciate that I didn't need to choose flavors and could enjoy both a dollop of vanilla and a dollop of chocolate. read more
