Great company - we've used them since 2000 and they have performed very well for us so we're glad we found them! On a business level we have found them to be thorough and very flexible - they plug in and do what we need them to do but when we've had staff changes over the years (where some of our accounts people have wanted to specialise in management accounts etc... and do more than the standard accounts function) then they've been happy to adjust or pare their hours to fit in with our needs.
