They see children, adults, and the elderly; it could be for a simple routine visit or a complicated medical issue. The visits can be in any of their many locations or a virtual one. They also use the MyChart portal which makes it convenient for patients; you can message your doctor, request prescription refills, make appointment, see test results, and more. I've seen my primary care doctor through this network and have had a good experience. My gynecologist, who is from a different network referred me to this office. Since I have a family history of breast cancer, I was referred to a breast specialist. It is better to be proactive than reactive! Ladies, get those mammograms! Especially if it's covered by your health insurance. This office reached out shortly after and I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. The location was large with plenty of parking. Upon entering, there was a help desk that showed me where to go. Checking in the office was easy and I was seen within 5 minutes. The whole appointment took about 30-45 minutes. The APRN Kayla Cristoferi was super warm and professional. She was thorough, went over standard protocols, and answered any questions I had. Checking out was also quick and easy. The facility was clean and pristine. Overall, I've had a good experience so far.

I have had chronic pain since 2006 between my neck, back, knee, foot, and recently tendinitis in my hand for almost 2 years, I have done regular PT and even tried getting a Cortisone shot to release my pain. However, it lasted 2 months and the pain was back even worst then before. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia several months ago and recently was advised to try Aquatic therapy since the pool is 93 degrees. My first visit was beyond compassionate for my pain. I was given several laminated pool exercises after my treatment was completed. Within 3 months of going to the pool 3 times per week-1 hour each time. Not only did my pain in my hand went from a level 9 to 2. I was then able to strengthen my other joints since the water has less poundings on my joints. It was like a healing miracle happened. I am feeling so much stronger not just in my joints but in my mindset as well. Anyone who hasn't had a great experience with this hospital, perhaps you didn't give it a fair chance. I wanted to live my life without as much pain so I can. I did what was advised even when I didn't want to go I went always. I talk to everyone I can about this hospital. I love their logo.... Our grandson was a patient at HFSC a little over a year ago, discharged with promises of follow up and NOTHING. He has been hospitalized three more times for the same challenges, never again accepted at HFSC and the outpatient day program which has been promised, then slow rolled with delay excuses which made little sense and now after an 8 week wait that was supposed to be 3 we shall see how it will go. His challenges far exceed a clipboard and stickers for treatment but that's all he's gotten so far.

They were able to get about half of the ear wax out using the spray bottle method? Then they kind of gave up because they said the wax was impacted and I was told to just throw cap fulls of hydrogen peroxide in my ears. I left and immediately made an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. They were able to see me the next day and completely cleared both of my ears of ALL the wax, using a suction tool. I will never again go to any urgent care center. I now have to pay TWICE for the same service. I am just going directly to Dr's offices or the ER from now on.
