They see children, adults, and the elderly; it could be for a simple routine visit or a complicated medical issue. The visits can be in any of their many locations or a virtual one. They also use the MyChart portal which makes it convenient for patients; you can message your doctor, request prescription refills, make appointment, see test results, and more. I've seen my primary care doctor through this network and have had a good experience. My gynecologist, who is from a different network referred me to this office. Since I have a family history of breast cancer, I was referred to a breast specialist. It is better to be proactive than reactive! Ladies, get those mammograms! Especially if it's covered by your health insurance. This office reached out shortly after and I was able to make an appointment fairly quickly. The location was large with plenty of parking. Upon entering, there was a help desk that showed me where to go. Checking in the office was easy and I was seen within 5 minutes. The whole appointment took about 30-45 minutes. The APRN Kayla Cristoferi was super warm and professional. She was thorough, went over standard protocols, and answered any questions I had. Checking out was also quick and easy. The facility was clean and pristine. Overall, I've had a good experience so far.

I called back Monday because I still did not received a call back nor any medication was sent over I had to go to the urgent care to be seen. I have many years of experience working in the medical field and what they did is completely unacceptable leaving an asthmatic person without an inhaler.

Our grandson was a patient at HFSC a little over a year ago, discharged with promises of follow up and NOTHING. He has been hospitalized three more times for the same challenges, never again accepted at HFSC and the outpatient day program which has been promised, then slow rolled with delay excuses which made little sense and now after an 8 week wait that was supposed to be 3 we shall see how it will go. His challenges far exceed a clipboard and stickers for treatment but that's all he's gotten so far.

When I was finally contacted, I was informed that the referral had been denied because the testing was considered not medically necessary. While I understand that not every referral will be accepted, my biggest concern was communication. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone by phone, and I spent a significant amount of time trying to reach the office for updates. The long wait times and lack of communication added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process. If you are considering this practice, be aware that you may experience delays in receiving updates and may have difficulty reaching staff by phone.

The doctor who preform my surgery was Dr. Osman. He made me feel COMFORTABLE about my upcoming surgery. He is so PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PLEASANT ALONG WITH THE STAFF. His bedside manner is what every patient wants to experience. You want to feel comfortable and if you express problems or concerns, you want to know that your doctors are listening and act on the issues you are having. They were able to get about half of the ear wax out using the spray bottle method? Then they kind of gave up because they said the wax was impacted and I was told to just throw cap fulls of hydrogen peroxide in my ears. I left and immediately made an appointment with an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. They were able to see me the next day and completely cleared both of my ears of ALL the wax, using a suction tool. I will never again go to any urgent care center. I now have to pay TWICE for the same service. I am just going directly to Dr's offices or the ER from now on.

Receptionist kept having other people seen because she never asked for my ID or credit card after being checked in. Absolutely horrible experience all around. I would rather take twice as long as being sick then going to this urgent care.
