My car was not obstructing traffic. Nor was it a hazard to anyone. I had a blow out and missed a road and was in the ditch. They charge a $100 fee to process the bill, $350 to us the wrecker, an additional $100 to move the car, &100 to pull it on the flat bed without a key, $100 to use rollover wedges on a flat surface..... Etc etc. Crooks. Luckily they let me pay the fee and sit overnight with no additional charge. So I could get a new tire the next day. Went back the next day and no one could find my car. They'd moved it (without the key) and now don't want me to retrieve it. The inside is disgusting. There was no consideration of the quality of work on a nice car. These people are crooks.

The situation was urgent: my daughter was stranded in downtown Atlanta at midnight. When I reached out to other towing companies, I was told it would take hours for help to arrive. That's when I tried Kimbro. DeMarcus showed up in less than an hour. More than just towing her car to a repair shop, he waited with her until her Uber arrived, making sure she was safe the whole time. I'm genuinely impressed by the care and speed of their service.
