We called numerous cabinet companies and 1, only 1 offered to help us get it fixed. We needed to replace worn out slides. Stacy set out to help us determine which slide was needed and how to get it installed. To me it seems unbelievable that, other than Cabinet Concepts and Stacy, no one wanted to bother with our trivial drawer issue. Can you imagine trying to find the slide for 1 drawer when there are hundreds in use? I am so very appreciative of Stacy and this company for going above and beyond for a customer who didn't make the original purchase with them, but they still came through. The owner, Scott, took us around the store showing us many smaller comfortable options and we fell in love with one. That was Sunday and it was delivered by two of the nicest guys, Brian and George today(Thursday). They were helpful showing me how to set the chair up and all of its functions. We couldn't be happier and the best part was dealing with a local family owned business with such great customer service!

The experience has been okay, not great, and I feel no loyalty or need to continue my relationship with them. They're slow to respond, and the communication is not great. After receiving a fair amount of pressure to place my order in time for Christmas delivery, I learned (because I proactively followed up) that it would not arrive. In fact, the fabric had just come in (6 weeks later). It would be delivered to the factory the first week of December which would then begin a 12 week process. The fabric was custom and was in stock when I placed the order. I don't know how long Priba sat on it, but they did, and then they failed to notify me of the delay. I am not a happy customer.
