Our family of 4 arrived at 6:40 and two employees watched us enter the restaurant and begin ordering at the kiosk. 2 of us grabbed chips and sat down at a table while the other 2 ordered. Just as my husband was about to pay one employee yelled across the restaurant asking if we were taking the food to go. I responded that we were dining in and she said they were closing so it was carry out only. I said we understood that they closed at 7:00 and we would leave promptly by 7:00. She then said the dining room closed at 6:45. At that point it was 6:47 (I know this because my husband looked at his watch). I asked why we were not notified by sign or otherwise of the dining room closing before the posted closing time, especially when they watched us walk in. The employee just rudely said "we're closed it's carry out only". We're extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service at this location. This was an absolutely horrendous experience. I came in on my lunch break for a sandwich and iced tea. Purchased a regular tuna sub on wheat with tomatoes, red onion, spinach, pickles and mustard. Upgraded to large drink and chips. Went to the soda fountain and it was out of order. I was only informed of this by other customers NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER said anything. I calmly (at first) just asked for a refund. Literally after asking 15 minutes and 4 associates no one could help me. No one apologized no one did anything but stutter through their words and chat amongst each other. I asked even just for the cash back and they could figure it out later. I was even asked to come back later to fix, again minutes ticking away on my lunch. I mentioned it numerous times even still wearing my work ID. Finally a 5th associate comes up again no apologizes but does offer a cooler drink which I'm not interested in. She refunds it without issue. Multiple customers in line at this point. All asking why I can't be helped or even alternative solutions. Non of them were greeted including a mother and daughter who out loud numerous times said they had never been here and werent sure what to do. They finally asked me how it worked. Still staff isn't informing anyone the machine isn't working. No apologies. 20 minutes into my lunch break I finally leave. Head to Starbucks for tea open my sandwich and to put the cherry on top of all of this they messed up my simple order. Tuna- spinach, tomato, pickles, mustard, red onion somehow turned into tuna, peppercinis, tomato, lettuce, deep fried onions and covered in some sauce. So although I work in the shopping center and have been here many times I will not be returning and will share on all social Media outlets this completely embarrassing situation. So first of all is so expensive compared to other fast food. Each meat has a list of pre-made sandwiches, or you can just pick your own toppings/bread/etc. I opted for the #8 bag "The Reuben," because I've been looking for a place with some really good pastrami sandwiches. The sandwich itself wasn't too bad, pretty good tasting meat, just needed a little more of the dressing. They don't really have that much other stuff on the menu other than the sandwiches. They have a kids bag/menu offering PB&J, grilled cheese and a few others. The last few items they have is the usual soda fountain, some ice cream shakes, and some cookies. In the three times I've visited this location none of the employees were very welcoming - no harm done though, as long as they can make my sandwich correctly, I'm happy. In comparison to Subway: Which Wich doesn't offer as many bread options, however they clearly make up for it with everything else they provide: fresh tasting ingredients, great tasting bread, and a more pleasant ordering system in contrast to shouting out "lettuce, tomatoes, and onions please" to an employee on the other side of the counter. Was introduced to Which Wich by a co-worker and feel in love. The selection is amazing and always good. I like that you can "make it skinny" and they will take some the inside of the bread out. Or you can make it green and get it wrapped with lettuce instead of bread. The service is always on point and they are quick at making the wiches. You can order on-line to make it an in and out stop. They have punch cards, so your 11th wich is free! And they are a fan of Yelp, so if you check in while there they have specials all the time. My only complaint is the size of the place. We don't live close to this one so I drove in & ordered to go - 2 Ultimate BLT's. Got them home. 1) The bread was not toasted AT ALL. And 2) it was LOADED with sliced red onions! YUCK!! SO AWFUL that we ended up tossing the sandwiches. I wrote a quick note to corporate to follow up with the location to make sure they were following guidelines. I called the location to let them know. The employee said their toaster oven wasn't working well & someone must have made a mistake putting onions on the sandwiches. She said to bring in the receipt for a refund. First, off , I have always liked Wich Wich's sandwiches. Keep in mind, this review is about this particular location. I went in around 11:45am to order. Well they now have these monitor stations you order at(vs. the old way of ordering on a bag and circling your condiments, etc and handing it in when you pay). Only problem is they only have 2 stations to order at in the front, and if there are people not accustomed to these stations, it can take forever for them to order. I actually sat there in line for 7-8 minutes while both stations were occupied by people that were trying to order. They kept asking each other questions, etc. Wouldn't it have been nice if someone who worked there came over to ask them if they needed help since maybe this is a newer form of ordering? The employees even saw me standing there twice in line and no one offered to help those ordering or offered to take my order. I finally gave up and walked out. Ownership take note. You need to train your folks better, or have more employees with people skills in your location.
