It's got new owners, new decor, new quiz nights and a new menu - and it's started drawing the old regular crowd back. The Post can be relied on for for a decent jukebox, cheap drinks and and an all in all good night. It's not got the glitz and glamour factor but it's comfortable and a good place to meet friends for a relaxing pint (or two).

This pub is not for the faint hearted. As dismal inside as it is outside. This is not the place to…read morego for a nice drink with family and friends. It is only regulars who frequent these premises. I happended to stumble in accidently on one occasion and quickly about turned and left. Prices are cheap but this is a real spit and sawdust place. It is in the quieter end of town outwith the town centre itself and I don't think the curtains have been changed in 20 years. I can't really comment about the staff as I was too frightened to make eye contact on my short visit. If you have never been before then probably best not to start now.
