Originally I was impressed by their service and their detailed service report. They are friendly…read moreand seemed cool. However when I got a roadworthy done at 9,000km they stung me for wheel bearings on a bike that was only ridden occasionally. Once they have your bike in this situation you are over a barrel. Every other mechanic I spoke to after the fact said this was ridiculous on my bike model. $400 for a roadworthy seems a little unfair and a better explanation should have been given. Trust has been shaken. Will not go back.

Good range of products but hugely lacking in customer service.
