The second time in 6 years that I have had the unfortunate need to call Rich at Whip City. He comes right away with all his equipment to determine the amount of water either under the floors, in the walls or in the ceiling. My mom had her den, hallway and stairs cleaned just the other day and they came out wonderful. There was a terrible stain in the den and you can't even see where it was.Hes been to my mom's a few times before also does an excellent job I would highly recommend. Rich was in yesterday doing our tile floors in the offices at Aarons DC. With 30 men tramping in and out of the warehouse, you can imagine how grungy they looked. They did an amazing job helping us with a flooded basement. From drying out the basement, to clean up and removal of rugs and all that was damaged.
