Five stars for a Trash Company? Yup! We have been using Whip & Spur for roughly 15 years and have always and consistently received top not trash removal. We have a limit for household trash of 5 bags (all trash must be bagged), which is basically 2 cans full. They are competitive with their pricing you just have to call them when you find service that is possibly cheaper to talk through your annual rates. We pay 3x per year and are able to pay online now which I love. Every now and then my husband will sneak a bag of his garage trash in there and put us over but they have always taken it which I appreciate. When I have needed to call, the folks in the office are always really friendly and helpful. read more

Terrible customer service. They refuse to communicate properly and overcharge. I am shocked at their failure to communicate this day in age and like to waste the customer's time and money. As a paying customer I expect a service and when I do not get the exact service I pay for I expect a refund which they refuse. read more

We just started with this company a couple of months ago, but so far we've been very pleased. We were so tired of the rate hikes from the other trash companies and the hoops we had to jump through just to get them to lower the charges. They would also miss our pickup and then lie and claim they picked it up on an alternate date that we were given to place our trash at the curb all by itself.
