They want about $61.11 for one 20 cent plastic gas stove knob. I need five so at their price I would be better off to just buy a new stove. I have no doubt they're made in China but their customer service rep said oh but prices have gone up. Labor has gone up well guess what?. I bought five stainless steel online for $49.00. Purchase a Whirlpool Top Control 24-in Built-In Dishwasher With Third Rack (Fingerprint Resistant Metallic Steel), 47-dBA Item #2593008 |Model #WDT750SAKZ December 22, 2022. Within a few months the control panel started to separate from the top the dishwasher. It stopped working a few days ago displaying error codes E1, E6. This product defect should be covered by whirlpool, but I'm currently looking for a reputable local repair shop and will pay out of pocket. We purchased our home in December of 2024 which came with a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator. In the beginning June of 2025 our refrigerator stopped working. We are under the 12 month warranty. We called the Whirlpool warranty. It took two week for a technician to come out. During his appointment he stated that he needed to order a part. This part would take a month to come in. He was supposed to arrive today to replace the part. We received a text this morning that the appointment was cancelled with no reason why. During the waiting period for the part to come in the inside of our freezer has completely rusted. In addition, anytime we call the service line or whirlpool the wait time is in excess of one hour. So here we are today, after an hour on hold twice...we were told that the technician called in sick and we are being rescheduled for August 5th. 3 more weeks. Oh I forgot to mention....We are a young family, with 2 children under 2!!!!!! I have been without a refrigerator for 2 months...now we are going on 3. This is unacceptable. Shame on you @Whirlpool and @Flamingo Service. I have never experienced anything like this....We need HELP. read more

I bought an entire kitchen appliance suite last year. In under a year of ownership my gas range oven stopped heating. I emailed customer service and they never responded. I called the toll free number and waited on hold for over an hour. They finally answered and booked a repair person to come out the next week. He didn't come, claiming he didn't service my city. I called back in, another hour on hold. They booked it with another service provider for the next week. They weren't available then either. Instead of calling in a waiting on terminal hold, I tried the live chat feature on Whirlpools website. Each time you type in your message and submit they auto response is how to register your appliance but there is no actual live chat. I had already discovered they don't answer their email. I tried to call again, and was told it was an hour hold time. I gave up, called a local service provider and am just paying for the repair myself even though it should be covered by the warranty. So disappointed in lack of customer support and lack of standing behind their product. read more
