This is a great problem on someone making very little money. This is very unprofessional. All they told me was "you don't owe us anything, that is a charge from an outside facility". Yes, a charge that they sent to a test lab, that I didn't approve. I will tell people NEVER GO HERE!!! Find somewhere else unless you have insurance that pays everything for you and you don't care how much the insurance company is paying. It is different when you have to pay it yourself and you didn't approve the test ahead of time!
