This is the multiple time I have been to the car wash, paid full price and found out the center roller does not work. So your vehicle doesn't get a full wash; your grill, hood, roof, trunk or bed cover and tailgate do not get washed. They should tell people they only get 2/3 of a car wash instead of trying to get them to sign up for long term contract. read more

I give their vacuums power about a C minus. I tried several. They simply lacked. They wouldn't even stay in their holsters due to the lack of suction. Otherwise, the place was fine, but the vacuums suffered on a Saturday I was there. Not sure if they were having issues but probably won't go back. read more

Terribly inconsistent. Sometimes theres dash cleaner, but usually not. Instead theres 6 bottles of empty glass cleaner at each station. The towels are usually folded im s nocs clean pile, but not today. Sometimes the rinse cycle will clear all the soap, but not this month. Every wash is a bigger disappointment. The line was short to get in. The attendant did a prespray before we went through the carwash. The water pressure here will blast all the dirt off your mobile the first time around. Take your antenna off if you can, or it could get damaged. Vacuums were available with smaller detail items as well. Staff is efficient and polite. It was worth every penny. read more

I drive an older truck so I really don't need my vehicle to be spotless. With that in mind, I paid $14 for the "good" car wash. Please notice the quotes around the word good. The roof of my truck did not look like it had even been touched and I had to use the rags provided and cleaning spray to wash it by hand myself. I'm pretty sure that their all purpose cleaner probably took off any wax that may have been in lol at from the wash. My wife had hers done at the same time, and like my truck, the top of her SUV was practically untouched and there was still bird poop in places. They did have plenty of rags and spray cleaner so that you can detail the interior of your vehicle. Personally, if I had wanted to hand wash any part of my truck, I could have done so in my driveway and saved myself $14. Major disappointment with this place and I won't be using them again. read more

I understand some times things do not work, but the lack of this place is actually unbelievable. the workers do an amazing job from what I've seen to make sure we get our moneys work, especially day shift. I'm here 2-3 times a week day and night and each time I've had a bad experience for the past 3 months. if your wash isn't working why not shut it down? and stop cars from coming through? There's a girl on day shift now that is doing an AMAZING job, guiding us, and when something is messed up making sure our money is handled and our service is still provided. But the ACTUAL higher up or managers or whatever this place has need to do a better job at keeping this place up. Change what needs to be change and shut down the store when things like this happen so we don't waste our time, and YOU don't keep losing customers. This wash had potential But you can CLEARLY tell it's just poorly ran by the people who needs to do their job, instead of sitting on there ass. the system continued to charge my credit card monthly even when the card was expired. I spoke with the manager and his boss about it. the senior boss stated because I hadn't actually canceled my membership completely. I then asked hour how they could continue to charge my card when it was expired. he said their policy is to run the card and see if it works if you don't officially terminate your account. When the system asked me if I wanted to update my card as it was expiring and told them no. Which in my experience means the card wouldn't be billed as the card information was expired. He then stated it was their policy not to do refunds after the payment already went through. American Express will be getting involved. Will never use them again and tell all my friends too avoid as well. read more

Best car wash in this town! Cleans them nasty bugs right off my pickup and for the price, you sure can't beat that.

This car wash, located next to the Sonic, is from what I understand, the second one in this location. You have the choice of $10, $15 and $20 per trip and I think there's a "club", $30 a month(?), for the $10 wash once a day. As far as I can tell, each step up in price, increases the amount of "prep work" by the attendants prior to entering the wash and an increase in chemicals and waxes during the wash. This is a cloth machine, conveyor system, works very quickly and a blow dry at the end. Does it get to every single nook and cranny? No, hand wash yourself for that, but it is pretty close. There are towels available if you wish to wipe down your vehicle afterwards and a free vacuum. I've taken my brand new 2016 Ram 1500 here a few times, two of my other vehicles, no problems. read more

These folks have worked hard to correct earlier problems and now they are WOW!!!! FABULOUS!!!! Thank you so much for putting up the cones on the vacuum stations that are not open. That makes SUCH a difference. I love this car wash. My only regret is that I think you're losing money on me, folks, cuz we live off a long dirt road and I'm there about 3 times a week! If I could give zero stars I would. They are very dishonest. We had one of their monthly plans and last month let them know we wanted to cancel our plan for May. The renewal is around the 6th of each month. We were told to come back around the first or second of the month to have them cancel it then. We did just that but come to find out that a charge showed up again on May 9. They now refuse to refund of payment because they said we used it on May 6 (thinking we still had it through that day), which is true, but had they cancelled it like we requested back on May 1, I would have been denied access. We tried twice to stop the service and now they refuse to take responsibility for their error. read more
