I'm a bit of a creature of habit and I generally go for a dark beer but they've been out of my favourite Nitro for a while but I've found options. The fries are lovely and crispy and always hot. We usually get two tacos to share between three of us - beef brisket and beef barria I think it's called. They are completely different taste profiles and the accompanying sauces are delish. It's basically on an outdoor patio that's been screened in with plastic with lovely space heaters that keep everyone warm. There are a few seats inside as well but I've never been there. The ambiance is lovely - it's always buzzing with people coming and going and it's often a bit of a wait for a seat but once sitting down you aren't disturbed except with the lovely staff delivering food. Every staff person I've encountered has been friendly and while super busy seem to really enjoy being there. Wide variety of people too - people from the ski hill, pre theatre people, after work people. And the best part? Dogs are allowed!!

I do not live near Courtney but have considered flying in just to get some of the donuts and cinnamon buns. Anyone who goes to the area I highly recommend stopping in. The only possible negative aspect is the limited hours of operation and that there is always a line up. But the line up is cause they are so good that hordes of people go and not cause of slow service. They also have great beverage selection both hot and cold. Their London Fog is in my top 5 and I consider myself a London Fog addict. I am glad I do not live near by cause I would end up being like 400lbs if I had easy access to it. So good. They are prolly better and definitely more interesting than Tim Hortons. I see a bigger jump in the local ice cream shops than with Bigfoot and other donuts. The dough needs to hit this light and fluffy sweet spot for me. Maybe I was spoiled on other spectacular specialty donut shops so I'm a harder sell. Good quick service and long lines everyone else thinks they are the bomb so you should def try it out. And I'll retry them again and update this review depending on how it goes.
