Fixed, or so I thought, my mother saved insurance paperwork for me to sign in September (but dated in January), almost a year from when we got it. The paper work said an Irrevocable Trust instead of the specifically asked for Revocable Trust. Now, Jay had no time to call me back, answer emails or even send a letter. Still, this issue is not resolved! 2 years later! If you are considering any business at all with Jay MCShurley, I strongly recommend you run to a competitor! Jay McShurley has all the time in the world for you, until you pay him! Once he received payment, he had no time for us. Then you're on your own to find answers about what had happened, what he did, and how it can be resolved!
