The drivers have been friendly, their office always communicates with us the deliveries and they arrive when they are supposed to. I got that feeling in the pit of my stomach when I saw UPS Freight had handed my transmission off to White Bear. The UPS tracking still says delivery expected today, but here it is, nearly 8pm and no transmission. I stayed home from work today to sign for it when I saw the tracking said it was nearby. It was dropped off to WBT early this morning, unfortunately I did not realize who had it or I would have driven the 15 miles into town to try and pick it up myself. Now, I don't know how I'm going to get it as I cannot afford another day off and I'm very sure it won't be possible on the weekend. Reminds me of when the same thing happened a few years back with my lawn mower. WBT told me they would deliver it Wednesday, nope. Then they told me it would be delivered Friday. Nope. On Monday it was finally delivered. White Bear Transportation should be called White Bear Storage. read more

Since they're one of the only games in town, we don't really have a choice for large freight items. The fact that they have no competition is probably the only reason they stay in business. I've been calling for two days straight about every hour trying to get a status on items they've had for several days, and are holding up our construction. Driver called before delivery asking me what part of the afternoon would be most convenient. I appreciated that. When he arrived he also helped me move my new swamp cooler to desired location. Delivery was on time and product was undamaged. read more
