Highly dont recommend. Get quoted 1 price.. driver decides to convince to take a alternate route which is only 15km longer. Than company charges you quoted price, than get to your destination and demands a larger amount. So a 194km travel cost you just about 800$ from these guys. Very unprofessional. I don't know how they even showed up at my place because I didn't even call them. I called Grove taxi as I was in town for vehicle repairs. when I asked the driver why this company showed up he became very rude and sped away. I now understand what happened as I've become aware that this company was able to reroute all calls to Grove taxi to themselves. I will never use a company with such shady business practices. This was copied and pasted from my google review 9 months ago. The owner replied stating my review was fake hence my edit below in response to his reply. Edit: I expected you to do such a reply. Never posted on yelp before, but please read this before calling the company. I've taken this cab company a few times, I'd say a dozen because I needed to get to work. First time it took me calling a few times to get them to come when it was cold out, about 20-40 minutes late; I didn't think of anything from it. To make sure this does happen I book online, which the website seems really laid back; I don't recommend using the website because it doesn't matter what you put down because the driver wont know where you're going still even though you written it down and they call you anyway. Even though I called them, and booked online, they arrived 30 minutes late after I called them twice. They also once showed up at my house at 11:30pm without me calling them, not exactly sure where I could add that. White Cabs in spruce grove has been the worst customer service I've ever had! A 20 min wait turned into 45 then 60 then an hour and a half to pick up my elderly mother! My multiple calls back seemed to fall on deaf or dumb ears of the stupid lady answering the phones who laughed and didn't seem to give a shit. booked in line got a quote of 10 minutes and 18.00. had to call twice, cancelled in line then rebooked. waited almost 1 hour. the cost was 22.00. 4 dollars more than original quote. Driver apologized although I doubt it was his fault. read more

Had a few experiences were we had waited 30 min after being told ten min put a post up earlier and within the hour the owner took the time to call and apologize and even offer a refund hopefully the dispatch at least tells people when it's 30 min instead of saying 5-10 min definitely not the drivers responsibility very happy how soon he responded instead of ignoring it read more
