Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. We think they rushed, alot evidence in the squeegee lines left on a couple windows and some water stains left under touched. With a little elbow grease they would have come off. Window sills not very clean, especially rhe lower level left very dirty Screens not properly cleaned. Just wiped with a dry rag. We had to clean with a hose after crew left. The good Starting with office staff (young lady who took my calls) very very helpful and nice. She got the experience off to a good start The crew was actually early to the house (big plus in my book). No trace of them being here. No trash, or debris needing picked up. Nothing damaged or broken Able to pay the bill online via a secure site. UPDATE: The next business day Fish window service called me to ask what they could do to rectify any issue.
