I'd recommend looking around for shoes. The selection is decent, but no items for men or boys. Women and girls only. I see this as a great store to get sandals for the summer. It's located in a plaza off Wrightsboro Road near the mall. The parking is sufficient. The only hang up is No refunds. Store credit only. So, make sure its a decision you can live with or your only option is to exchange the merchandise.

They do have a very nice selection and Aldo shoes are some of the best formal shoes that the average consumer could purchase, you could spend up to $120 USD on a nice pair of oxfords or loafers. I would have checked the women's shoes...well...time did not permit that from happening. They also have a nice selection of leather accessories as well, I recommend getting a good pair of leather shoes, and a wallet and briefcase or bag if you want to upgrade and go more upscale. Go into the store and the woman facing the door did not greet me. No big right? Until I watched the many people come in behind me and each were pleasantly greeted. I walked around looking for shoes and one of the employees after ignoring me walked up rudely asked "Do you need something?" And had a stone look on her face. I thought I was mistaken and smiled saying 'no I'm just looking for..'. She did not smile back. Then the remainder of the time I was there she (Black woman, round, short fade cut) stood by the door and moved in front of the door every time I moved around the store. As if I was stealing! From Rack Room Shoes?! To seal the deal I bought a pair of shoes and still was met with poor customer service no smiles, no have a good day although everyone in front of me was met with kindness, I was not. First the clerk, Mikalya, told me they do not carry sandals in WIDE width. I showed her the Clarks, and another brand that come in wide. When i checked out with 2 pairs, buy one get one half off, she rang one pair twice. Of course it was the more expensive pair, so i was overcharged, which i realized when i got home. I called and talked to Mikayla. She told me she was scheduled to work the next day from 8 to 5, as well as the manager.... she repeated from 8 to 5.... from 8 to 5. It turns out that they don't open until 10. I have now waited 20 minutes for them to open, and another 12 minutes for the manager. Rose the manager finally got here, with her bojangles breakfast in hand . I did tell her i was quite frustrated, but I was not loud or rude. Well, that was all it took for her to GO OFF on me. There was not even one apology, just an endless rant against me. When i tried to stop her and just get my money back, Rose just ranted some more that i was not listening about how Mikayla had a lot on her mind, and how Rose had to fight traffic to get to work.
