I took my computer into get fixed. as a pastor I use my laptop daily. A friend suggested for me to take it to white lake ask for Gary (the gentleman with the beard) to work on it. I did and Gary order the part I needed - fixed the computer. and got it back to me right away. GREAT PRICE GREAT REPAIR VERY FRIENDLY GREAT GUY Should mention Geek squad (at Best Buy) wanted $600 to repair my laptop. White Lake Computer fixed it for almost a third of the price. Scam. Broke my PC. Bought 3 new parts not needed, stole my liquid cooler because one fan was burned out bought a crap one. Charged over 1000 USD in Parts for les than 625 UDS. Took 3 months, when I got it back the 2 of 3 front lights didnt work. He must have scammed or got my PC confused. He replace MOBO, with the cheapest on the market, Got Thermos pate on my old mobo, had an intel Processor adapter hooked up. I think he may have scammed or got thing mixed up. Charged 1700 USD for 600 woirth of parts, took 3 months. Ultimately the guy tried to keep my mobo and processor, maybe he knew it was an intel adapter he put in, idk, He sure wanted my 400 USD processor that was replace for one under 250. So mad, could have told the truth on prices. DO NOT GO! I own a tech company in the research and development phase, branching out, I will post the new service I will now perform, as well as build PC's and i'll do it fair, not over price. It's not my PC anymore, worse part is I only had 40 hours tops on the entire thing. Also put a pirated version of Windows 11 on the system. read more
