We have used White Mountain from day one (over 21 years) to provide propane and to service our Rinnai heaters. Both are less than 4 years old so there were no problems(average service length 15-20 years). White Mountain is reliable, trustworthy and fair ( sounds like Boy Scouts) when it comes to service. In the past we were not present and feel comfortable allowing them in our condo. Dave came today; early in fact to inspect our heaters. He was professional and deferential and mentioned he is retiring soon. Best of luck to him- he is a fine ambassador for this outfit. read more
