So I'm standing there and I see this new frozen coffee machine.I haven't seen before. And of course you know i'm gonna need to try it. A deli where you can order hot or cold food, and a huge selection of everything you might be looking for in the convenience store. As I picked up a few things to go with my frozen coffee and headed to the counter, their superstar customer service lady was at it again. Greeting me with a big smile and asking me how I was doing, and if I needed anything else. She handed me back my change. She thanked me and told me that she hopes that I have an amazing weekend. What an awesome first impression and just a great experience for me.
