As a first time buyer I felt very comfortable using White Reality. I never felt as if a showing was a doctored up sales pitch or pressure sale. Vicki helped educate us and then let us make our own decisions. The first offer we put in was at the top end of our budget and she didn't pressure us into raising our offer when it turned into a 'highest and best bid'. Once we found the duplex we ended up buying she was acting as a dual agent, but I never once felt like she was out for her own pocket. Very honest and 'real' with us and I appreciated that! Does not return phone calls. Answers things several days after a due date. Writes contracts/agreements that do not make sense and/or are not workable. Worst realtor I have ever had to work with. Find someone else/anyone else. read more

I really wish that I could do a zero star rating, because this realtor is so awful. To Start out this agent takes a minimum of two to three days to get back to any agents trying to contact her. The next item is if you are the buyer, lookout this agent this agent will try to get your credit score and other information she does not need to complete this transaction. Third Item would have to be the way she generally talks to people thinking she is better than everyone else. Finally this agent heaven forbid a deal falls apart on you with her, well expect that she and her sellers are going to think it is all your fault and treat you like a piece of trash. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and if you were thinking of using this Real Estate Agent please run because either the listing contract will expire she can sell it, or she is going to scare any potential buyers off because of how she treats other realtors, so they don't want to do business with her.
