Here they have a beautiful variety of flowers and the scents are sensational when you first set foot into this little store. The ladies who work here are always willing to help put the most perfect bunch of flowers together to matter the occasion. They also deliver to central Auckland areas, which is perfect if you're wanting to surprise someone or haven't had time to pop over and give them the flowers yourself. It's a lot easier I find to go into the store and tell the ladies how much exactly you're wanting to spend and what colours you're after than doing it online. I find the options online are a lot more expensive. But if its efficiency and reliability you're after, than by all means go on to the Wild Bunch web site and check out what stunning bunches they have on offer.

It's amazing what a bunch of flowers can do for your soul. The best thing about this florist is that they don't just do bouqets they actually do potted plants too. This is such a great idea because as much as I love flowers I hate getting rid of them when they die. It's a bit of a sad waste of money sometimes. Whereas these potted plans (providing you have a green thumb) will stay with you for so much longer. The ultimate gift that keeps on giving. They also sell cute pot plants that are really different to what you see in most garden centres. So if you're looking for a little something different for your house head here! The florist is also really helpful when you're trying to make a decision on what to get.

I used Vida Flores to do some statement "pieces" for a recent party and got a lot of comments and requests for "who had done the flowers". A very large amethyst vase/hurricane lamp from Ambiance was filled with Stocks in shades of purple and mauve, a bowl of pale mauve roses and another of Icelandic poppies were among the standout pieces. I have seen some other functions that Davina has done the flowers for and am always amazed at the creativity and the result. I would definitely recommend using Vida Flores for an event or when you want to "say it with flowers"!!

I couldn't believe: a) how quickly she whipped up each arrangement b) how easy she made it look c) how stunning the final result was (see pictures) This will definitely be my first port of call next time i'm in the market for flowers! Oh, and apparently they also have a 'flower school' where you can learn how to make gorgeous DIY arrangements at home. Count me in!

I keep forgetting about this florist, but whenever I drive by and remember, it is totally worth it!…read more They seem to have two levels of flowers - outside they have really nice flowers that are only a few dollars a bunch, and then you can take them home and do whatever you like with them - make up your own bouquet and give it to someone, or brighten up your own day. And then inside, they have fancier quality more expensive flowers that you can buy by the stalk if you wish, or buy all the pieces you want and get them to make up your bouquet. But seriously, who can pass up a bunch of fancy flowers for only a few dollars - buy them for yourself and put a smile on your face!

Just a tiny store, most of Ponsonby Flowers' flowers are displayed on the street. And I love it. The arrangements brighten up the entire block of shops and definitely work to attract customers! Sunflowers, gerberas, tulips, roses - Ponsonby Flowers has a great variety of flowers available and the prices are really reasonable. Plus, the couple that own it are absolutely lovely. When I stopped to smell the roses - literally - the woman came out of the store and stood with me chatting about the nice weather and her favourite flowers. She was delightful, and it was obvious she has a genuine interest in flowers and enjoys her job - something that can't be said by many. Next time you're after a bouquet of fresh beautiful flowers, go to Ponsonby Flowers. They can help you put together a lovely arrangement, it won't cost you an arm and a leg and you'll have a delightful conversation with the owners. Ponsonby Flowers is the complete package!

I really liked how they put their boxed bouquets on top of roman-like, vintage pillars. It looked very decorative and ornate. And yes, they do much-coveted deliveries just like they should. Enjoy this secret garden hidden just off picton street. Follow the scent of nature.

They've got a good range of ready-made bouquets at different prices and sizes, so they're really affordable for anyone. I love the sunflowers here so I'm always a little biased when searching for the perfect bouquet here! They also have a great wall of teddies, chocolates and gifts to add to the bouquet of your choice- this place is a smash on Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, with empty shelves outside by the afternoon. There are some nice orchids here aswell which I haven't yet found the right occasion for, but they're gorgeous to look at. The ladies here are very nice and really good at their jobs, it's always a happy experience interacting with them. The last time I was here I bought a bouquet for a colleague and wanted it couriered- the whole process took all of two minutes. I wrote in a cute card of my choice, gave my colleague's details and it was set. A smooth operation and her flowers were delivered within the hour! Service at it's finest.

I won't name the other two as I am writing this review about this one , not any other. And I have had the need to use this one very very recently. Unfortunately though I use this one when I have to go buy flowers for someone at work , never for personal reasons, though I have used the other two for that. I will go here instead of my works preferred florist up the road in Remuera ( i am a bad employee , not following company protocols! )as this one over the time I have used it has produced great bouquets , all flowers are good quality, given excellent service and the owner is super friendly and even will greet you by your name when she remembers it. And the price is not too bad either. One day I will go here to buy flowers for my own reasons not for others....I am sure my wife will appreciate that greatly!!
