I felt like splurging and signed up for their Stone Crop Ritual. It consists of a body scrub, body mask, and massage. Full two hours. For $150. I arrived of which they offered me a tasty beverage. It's clean and obviously looks like a working space. The bed was comfy and warm. Jen, my worker of magic, was friendly and efficient. She knew exactly the right amount of pressure through the ritual. At one point we were laughing about how I looked like a toasty burrito and I went into a blissful state of mind. Their products are top notch and natural ingredients. Had a fabulous massage…read morethere before, so was tickled to go again, but had no idea I was gonna feel like royalty in the process. I received a hot, waxy hand treatment, a foot soak, treatment and hot rock foot massage (heavenly!), THEN got to go into a peaceful, cleansing sauna. I coulda gone home fully satisfied at that point, but Crystal (massage therapist) was just getting started. I was served hot tea & yummy cookies, then ushered into a warm, calm, welcoming massage room. She worked on me from head to toe, front and back, LISTENED & applied more or less pressure to MY liking and proceeded to make me melt like butter. I've also had a 'trick' muscle I've been babying for months, and she was able to work it out so I could not only move it, but to a degree I haven't been able to in forever. It's still good, a month later! Totally recommend Body Harmony as a treat, but even better as a health maintenance regimen; that's what I'm doing now!

She was able to schedule me an appointment before I left town. I had been wanting to find someone who did EFT for a long time, as a therapist I worked with said it would help with my PTSD. Fortunately, Dana is a certified EFT practitioner. Still, I didn't know what to expect. The healing center is in the most incredible, serene location, at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. As soon as Dana opened the door, there was just great energy flowing from her and any reservations I had immediately went away. Her healing space, is a sunroom, surrounded by forest, birds, deer and other wildlife. Dana took the time to explain the process of EFT and answered all my questions. She never once made me feel rushed. The whole experience was incredible and afterwards I definitely felt lighter, happier and like I had let go of something that had been holding me back for a long time.
