I have not used them for mechanical work but use the parts store all the time. They know their inventory and don't ask dumb questions when you ask for a part. I've been dealing with Whites Auto Parts since 2015. I have found hard to find parts in stock. If it's not in stock they'll have it for you in minimal time. Fair prices and always quality parts. The shop at Whites is incomparable. Don is in charge of the shop and he is an excellent mechanic. Worst place ever,they didn't do what I asked,when I told them to do what I paid them for they hung the phone up on me,they broke bolts off of my water pump,they threatened to put old part back on it and not fix it,when they said it was fixed I didn't make it 20 miles home and it broke down again,when I took it back the next morning they said they didn't have time to mess with it,they gave me my money back and told me to take it somewhere else,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.They really messed my car up,they said 2 hours to put a new water pump on they spent 10 hours and still didn't do it right,then they would not fix there mess up and told me to take it somewhere else.i took it somewhere else and they had it fixed in a hour read more
