I have used this company for many years as I need transport to and from Manchester Airport. I recently had an unpleasant experience with this company, however the way in which they resolved the issue was no less than amazing. I wrote to the company and after they investigated (a matter of an hour) I received a reply which blew me away, it was courteous and they had investigated the situation thoroughly and to my surprise offered me a half price trip when I next go to the airport. Prior to this incident I would have recommended them anyway but after I will not use anyone else. I was looking for a taxi from Manchester Airport to blackpool. Online they all seemed to be priced at around £85. White side was recommended to me so i gave them a call, £55 was the quote, they told me the driver will meet you at the arrivals lounge with your name on a card held up, they took all my details, read them back to me and then sent me a confirmation text afterwards. This really put me at ease. On the day of arrival my driver Pete was waiting for me as promised, he carried my suitcase for me and the car was waiting in the car park near to the door. He was avery polite and friendly driver and we had a lovely chat on the way to Blackpool which made the 70 minute journey go much faster. I paid by card in the car on arrival at my destination.
