What I absolutely loved about the home inspection he did for us today was that he invites the prospective home owner to accompany him on the inspection where he candidly shares what he is inspecting. Warren is a walking encyclopedia - building structure, plumbing, heating, electrical - you name it. He is incredibly thorough. He has a super personality - easy to talk to...humorous..he doesn't talk down to you (He has the gift of explaining very complicated things to novices like us that results in a full understanding ) My wife and I give Porters Wisconsin Inspections our highest recommendation. There can't be anyone better than Warren in my books. And his wife -the scheduler - is so warm and friendly to boot!

(It trapped water against the house.) Bel-Aire also has awful service too! Bullying in texting wanting their money before the work was done correctly. Contractor also got in my neighbor lady's face screaming and swearing at her. At 4am today, 4 inches of water pooled up in front of my stove. Water ruined microwave, stove, hardwood flooring, and possibly electrical unit in the basement. Still waiting 7.5 hours for Bel-Aire to show up and look at the damage. Five of my neighbors have huge complaints as well! And I am sure there's more... so, beware!
