Very non comital when we are able to get hold of him and regularly not getting back to us when he says he will. I have lost trust in Adam and AJ Plumbing and heating and will not use them again. As mentioned, if you are able to get him to commit and turn up he is good. The unreliability is the disappointing bit for me.
