They treat all ages with any sort of problem from injuries, to back problems, aging, whiplash, sciatica, muscle pain, ligament pain and more. They also offer personal training, myotherapy and exercise physiology. They run on appointments and will never leave you in the waiting room for more than five minutes. The place has a real family feel to it - the receptionists remember who you are and the various Physiotherapists and Masseurs are always happy and welcoming. Their resident Podiatrist Mina Williams is absolutely amazing at solving all manner of foot problems. His friendly personality makes you feel more like you've gone out for lunch than getting your foot treated. There is a small carpark out the front with around six spots and I have never had to resort to parking elsewhere - although if this did happen there is ample parking available on the street. They are open eight am to eight pm Monday through Thursday, nine am to eight pm Friday and nine am to one pm on Saturdays. Treatment involves a question and answer session whereby the Physiotherapist tries to ascertain the severity of your problem. They ask you to do some basic stretches and to stop when it hurts. Next they will get you to lie or sit on a massage table and will treat whatever injury you have through massage and other various techniques I'm nowhere near qualified enough to comment on. Before you leave they often give you stretches to do and will let you know if you need to return or not. I have been seeing Trish Edwards there for years and she is absolutely fantastic, but then again so is the rest of the staff there. It is a place I have absolute confidence in and highly recommend.

Not a long waiting time compared to other physios, the most you'll ever wait will be 5 minutes, but that's extremely rare. The clinicians are always on time every time I come. Their approach is like no other. I felt comfortable with Primal and they've fixed up my broken body hahaha. Definitely worth my money and time. I now come for remedial massage and the occasional physio appointments. Def recommend the pilates reformer classes as well. Coming here actually makes exercise fun! The staff there are exceptional. The level of care and detail to my well being has been greatly appreciated given that I was at times a reluctant patient because I'd never had to deal with trauma before. I go there now for maintenance because I'm older and while a massage is great from a massage therapist, a good osteo just keeps the body mechanics working correctly. Some years ago my husband urgently needed stitches on his head on a Sunday night, Doctor Vincent stitched his head injury up beautifully on the spot with no drama, and the nurse was great too. Ever since we have been grateful to Dr Vincent Frank. I took him there because once at a hopspital when my son needed stitches; we waited so long the injury could not be stitched, as his skin shrank away because he had to wait in emergency so long. We haven't had a single bad experience there ever, we have found all staff very respectful. Our son still drives from Doncaster to attend Brice Ave Superclinic.

Apparently the poor little thing had been there since 1pm (whimper, whimper) and wasn't going to allow himself to be overworked. Where is the duty of care?? He doesn't deserve a job!
