They helped to distract her and made her feel comfortable after. Unfortunately she turned as they were piercing so one of the earrings looked really off. They apologized and said I could take out the earring, let it close up, and come back and try again. I took their advice and came back in 2 weeks. The second time went smoother and they were so accommodating and sweet. They fixed everything at no cost to me and we are very happy with how well it turned out!

If you can't bend over or squat, you're screwed. There doesn't seem to be a section for wedding, baby or such memory books. The sign for the line was hanging from the ceiling. I don't normally look up there to see where I should wait in line in a smaller store, such as they are. I guess they are forcing us to go on line to other retailers for our paper goods needs.
