I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers. This is customer service!

Florist said it was delivered to funeral home at a certain time but funeral home has no way of knowing when or if it was delivered. No one can tell me where it was delivered. Florist said they couldn't do anything and now I am out over $100. I feel really bad that I tried to do something really nice for this dear family as I now live out of state and could not be with them and now we are out this expense and our friends never received anything from us.
