I told him 10 times that I got the confirmation and showed him the screen shot and he still said I didn't have an appointment. So rude and inconsiderate. I told him we can wait and he said "you can wait as walk in and will be waiting till end of the day" I still got the number and got called at 1pm and successfully get my work done. I don't know why the security was being so mean to us and kept on telling us that we don't have the appointment even we have the screenshot. This only show how unprofessional the security is. I wish I had noted down his name and I'll definitely give a horrible survey with his service if I receive one.

I think it was $29 and it was 5pm-8pm. It was a cool experience with the IlluminOdyssey and fun activities they had. It was raining off and on the First Friday of January. The kids weren't able to play in the playground because it was wet and it was kind of hard to see the animals because they were hiding. I think it would be best to go here when daylight savings time begins so it's bright outside still. I would definitely recommend going here at least once.

I had started planning in the fall for a January event, and the last communication I received Oct 2nd. No responses to any of the follow-up emails from me, from the messages I left in their voicemail box, or from the messages I left at the front desk. Not sure how everyone else is getting their events planned and scheduled there.

Since I'm a newbie to handle the project myself, I didn't know where to start and had lots of questions. Maureen and Nicole at the office were so helpful. They not only walk me through the whole progress, they answered all my questions. Also gave me advice and what to expect. Sarah at planning has been patiently guide me through the planning application. When it comes to building codes, Ray and Tim have taken their time without any hesitation. My inspector Will, which is the one I see most of the time. I can't say enough good things about him. He is very straight on the inspections. He went through all the little details on my architect and engineer drawings making sure everything is done correctly, but also very educational. Every time I see him, he always prepared for the next inspection and point out a few things I'll need to do. Which makes every inspection smoother. Finally, everyone there makes me feel like they're always there to help. Their culture, services, efficiency, professionalism and management are second to none. They rewrite the standard of government agencies. I know they don't need review for business, but I truly believed they do deserve to be recognized.

Over the past 2 months I have been stopped 4 times. First I got scoped out at night and stopped for having no front license plate, secondly another officer had pulled me over for having no exhaust tips... when their vehicles don't come equipped with them either. Another time they pulled me over for not using my signal to change lanes, These police officers have never experienced real crime and are a bunch of rookie cops. They feel as if they can pull you over just to validate your residency in Foster City. A very sad police department, and a nuisance to the Foster city community.

Foster City was named after T. Jack Foster. It was built in the 1960's, that's why everything is modern. Foster City was a planned community. They set aside space for parks and recreation, shopping centers, and schools. A unique feature of the city is it's beautiful lagoon system. The city has it's own police and fire depts, but I don't think it has a hospital.

My 7-year-old son has a temporary disability that significantly limits his mobility. Our medical…read moreprovider completed the required DMV form (REG 195) to obtain a temporary disabled parking placard. When we submitted the form at the DMV office, we were turned away because staff insisted that my 7-year-old son must personally sign the document, even though the signature section includes an attestation under penalty of perjury. My wife explained that she is his legal guardian and that he is a minor who cannot legally attest to such a statement but was told the placard would not be issued unless he signed it himself. We are not willing to have a minor sign a legal attestation under penalty of perjury, which leaves him unable to receive the disabled parking placard he otherwise fully qualifies for. No other options were provided by DMV staff.

I've definitely brought my dog into other post offices, but this one specifically has signs stating no pets and only service animals allowed. The last few times I've come by, the staff have been pleasant and helpful. There was only one person working though, which is fine when it's slow, but when there's a line, it becomes a bit of a wait. This is the Burlingame distribution center and also the people who investigate missing packages…read more In the past year I've had two packages that showed "delivered" in the tracking that were never even brought on my property. One was brought by a neighbor a block away who got my package and the other must be floating out in space somewhere as it was never recovered. When you open an investigation by calling the USPS 800 - the people at this facility are supposed to call you back within 3 business days for resolution. Two out of 3 times they don't call you back and if you try to call them directly, the phone rings and rings and rings but no one every picks up and apparently USPS is too cheap to give them any kind of voicemail (not that they would respond if they had one) So you end up calling the 800 again to escalate the case to the consumer affairs dept (in SF) to handle the case. My recommendation - have anything important shipped by Fedex. They're the only company that you can count on.
