Completely rude stuck up snobs. Patronising and they only like customers who have little knowledge or are confused on their spiritual journey. If you have knowledge they find it offensive. These women need to close their shop or learn to be more humble with their gifts and knowledge. The shop is cluttered, over whelming and filthy.. needs a clean. If you want to go to a crystal shop I recommend Crystal Wicca in hayes. Such a lovely caring kind and grounded owner.. her shop is moving soon to West Wickham but I highly recommend. First she asked me to remove my mask when I entered the shop and told me that she doesn't really believe the pandemic is as serious as everyone makes out / she doesn't believe in masks. Worst reading of my life. She asked me loads of weird and patronising questions- it was clear that she was just making things up. She then told me that about my Indian ancestors (I'm not Indian at all). Then I pointed this out she started asking what race I am and wouldn't believe me that my mother is American and not Jamaican or Nigerian. It was honestly bizarre and extremely uncomfortable. She clearly made up answers towards the end when I told her that she has not answers anything I has asked. Holey, Moley. Just bad, bad, bad and patronising to high Heavan. Do not do a reading here. I'd had a reiki session in between lockdowns which was lovely so I booked another 1 and paid a £10 deposit. We went into another lockdown and the appointment was cancelled. I rebooked recently and had unfortunately mislaid my card from last year so was told a) I couldn't have my session without the card and b) the cost of the session had been increased from £50 to £70 (a whopping 25% increase!) and that they would not honour the original booking. I'd understand losing the deposit and having to pay the full amount again (£50) and I would have if offered, but to insist on a 25% increase is just pure greed. I am a massage therapist myself and wouldn't dream of treating my clients with an overnight increase of prices of 25% and always honour a voucher brought at a previous price if necessary. For a business that's supposed to offer spiritual healing and blessings I am left feeling angry and disappointed. Given their attitude I expect it doesn't bother them but they have most certainly lost a customer. read more

I had a reading it was useless lady seemed unsure of what she was doing she lack of confidence . The shop it self is well stocked. As for the owner she can talk down to you i find her negative and apparently I'm not only person finds her like that, thats why I prefer speak to her nicer staff. read more

I had a reading & it was a complete waste of money. The lady was asking me questions instead of telling me the reading from the cards. She would ask me a question, I would tell her & then she would just advice me. So what kind of reading was this? Rubbish, complete utter rubbish. Wicca Moon is one of the most welcoming places I have ever been to. When you walk in the atmosphere is amazingly calm but somehow energised. The shop is filled with gorgeous scents and they sell a wide range of goodies to suite everyone's esoteric tastes. The girls that work there really know their stuff about their craft. The workshops are good fun and interesting too - so much goes on there it is incredible.I just love it - it is like my second home - I travel over from France whenever I can. read more
