Sparkles stocks a decent amount of clothing, directed at young women. Or at least I think it's directed at young women. If you're in your late teens you might manage to find something you like, but I still think younger girls are the ones who shop there more. Majority of the clothes come in small sizes are are similiar to the clothes at stores such as ICE and Supre. A decent selection at very affordable prices. It's not my cup of tea, but it may be yours.

Their BeMe collection is great because it's aimed at a younger market than some other specialist larger clothing stores. I've been shopping at Rockmans for years. Rundle Mall is one of my fave stores because it's one of the biggest, so there is heaps of variety, and lots in each size. Rockmans offer affordable, quality clothing for all women.

Basically there was one customer at the counter, and another one waiting in line - I must say - the service was shocking. Their clothes were only okay, nothing that impressive. (I don't want to get into any comparisons, but shop around first..). There was nothing here that would send me running back to the place in a hurry, except for the $10 price tags. A quiet (no music playing at all) and very boring atmosphere seems to match the low prices. Sorry, I didn't even come close to having a crush on this store. I have come in and bought numerous singlets, t-shirts and dresses and still gotten change from a 20. Yes a lot of the clothes are quite tacky. Think ripped leggings and tops that barely cover... anything. But if you chose wisely, you can find some good buys. Once I went in there ridiculously poor, hoping I could find some type of outfit for a night out. I found a cropped sequinned top that I seem to get compliments on all the time (just don't tell them it is from Supre). Conveniently located next door is the shoe shed. Selling bargain shoes. Yes you can buy your entire outfit with $50, in 20 metres.

As some of the other girls have noted, Supre is not a brand to flaunt. Yet I couldn't help myself checking this store out. Outlet gets me every time. Unfortunately it seems they don't stock clothing for girls with a big bust, so not many tops and dresses agreed with my boobs. When you see outlet you think extremely cheap out of season stock, but be prepared because, as most sneaky advertising goes these days, it's not all outlet stock. There's a huge lump of new season stock at regular Supre pricing, which is ridiculous for the quality you are getting. There are a few $2, $5, $10 like racks stuffed with real reject stuff, but you really have to sift through to find anything half decent. I still grabbed a few bargains, mostly for clothing alteration projects.

It only has a small selection, but this can often mean you don't have to sort through rack after rack of rubbish to find the good stuff. Items are arrange in size order on the round racks and by style on the walls. They often have a small selection of shoes and accessories and the sales assistant is always friendly and helpful. It's not so much cool vintage clothes as stuff that a friend might have bought, worn once or twice and passed on. In other words, instead of paying $150 for a pair of pants in Rundle Mall, you might find them here (admittedly from last season) for $30. I've often wondered how it has stayed in business for so long, but there are always a few women browsing the racks whenever I've visited. The hardest thing is parking. There isn't any street parks because of the intersection and the nearest car parks are over the road at the Unley Shopping Centre or at the back of Target. You have to really want to go there to walk a few blocks and cross two sets of traffic lights.

I came in looking for a nice dress for my mother, and almost walked out in one myself. Their clothing covers a wide range of ages, from anyone starting her career up to ladies well past middle age. They do this cleverly by selling very flattering designs so that women of all shapes can look good in them. Myself, who looks ridiculous in most of the clothing marketed to my age (I am tall, curvy, and just look wrong in those tiny little dresses), couldn't believe how good some of these dresses looked. Suddenly my hips stood out in a good way, my shoulders nicely accentuated and just the right about of attention drawn to the chestal regions. Hello! Someone knows how to make a dress! Only a stern talking to by my man stopped me buying this beauty, marked down by half to $90. Someone, get in their fast - it's the purple on in the back corner! What initially drew me in were the formal dresses in the window. They have a great range of corporate-meets-formal dresses that you could wear to a whole range of functions.
