They kept wanting me to talk to a different agent every time I called. Many times I was told they were out fishing/hunting and they didn't know when they would be back. I started out looking a property but through another very helpful agent with a different company, I ended up with much larger purchase than I'd originally planned. Pitts lost out on a large sale because they didn't take time for any customer service. I'd NEVER list anything with them, nor purchase any land. They own so much land themselves and the restrictions are ridiculous. Be sure to read their fine print!!
