They gave us several options and very clearly explained how the work was to be done ahead of time based on our choices. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other estimates we received, and they did a good job. The technicians were polite and respectful. We noticed after the first snow that one spot in particular seemed to have heat loss, and they came out the next day to correct the situation. They stand by their work.
