They were three…read moreyears dealing with a simple compensation claim from a former employer, during which time I never knew who was dealing with my claim, they were reluctant to put anything in writing and refused to divulge the name of the opposing solicitors. I became suspicious about their dealings and wrote to them twice( recorded delivery) regarding my concerns, but received no reply. They eventually phoned me ( 9 months after my letters), to report that the defendants had rejected my claim and that they were not able to pursue it further. This was 2 days before the deadline for any further legal action, making it impossible for me to instruct different solicitors! Dodgy to say the least!

I got all the money that i was due, even the cheque that was forwarded to me was the one that came from the insurance company to them to show nothing had been deducted. As for their fees being reasonable. well i wasn't charged, can't get more reasonable than that! Car parking was not a problem as there is ample street parking around their office which is free.

I got chargered £600 for a hearing to plead guilty or not guilty. Never recieved a break down or reciept. No one ever calls you back. No updates on your case until last minute. The only time they would be chasing you up emails and phone calls is when they want money. As soon as you pay you will be forgotten about. I am autistic and need a appropriate adult with me sometimes. Told this to one of the staff that I was speaking to at the time.
