Literally gave me an my cousin food poisoning haven't been feeling good since June 2,2026. We got some chili cheese fries with bacon & they didn't even look cooked but they were warm an it took them 10 minutes to even get our order out so you would think it's cooked right ? Yeah wrong asf!! we were the only ones in the drive thru too so wonder why it took so long to get our food out raw asf at that . Will for sure never be coming back to this place they've always been shitty but this is the first time they actually gave me food poisoning get new workers or some man actually get some workers that aren't lazy fucks & can actually cook decent food . read more

I've been here a hand full of times this year, either late night or a quick snack for lunch. All the employees I've interacted here are pretty nice and patient. Even if there are cars ahead the lines goes by quick! I can't speak for the dinning room since I've only been in the drive through. Their corn dogs and chili dog are bomb. The location isn't in the best part of town and the parking lot access isn't the most convenient but their food is always fresh and their service is always friendly and respectful! The family is going a great job. My first time at this location my 5year old decided to personally ask for an ice cream cone from his backseat window.. lol the owner was so nice and actually gave him one! I declined and even offered to pay but he insisted giving it to my son. From that day on my son loves this place. I visited another time for cans of chili for a party and the younger son was so pleasant he was interested in what i was going to do with the chili and very happy to hear our plans. And just recently another guy was just patiently kind and respectful at the speaker and the window. I also love that their corn dogs are chicken. This boss will always be our go to for food but the service is what sets them apart! read more

This is my local restaurant but today was the last straw. I'm used to the grumpy owner and I agree with other reviews that they act like your bothering them ,even though there's hardly anyone there. But today I went and placed my order and I always tell the I have a coupon. But when I went to pay the same guy(I believe it's the owner) Yells at the other guy in a foreign language about the coupon! Then I get home and they forgot part of my order. Okay, so I saw the ad in the paper and all of a sudden I wanted chilly dogs. smh You know what they say, we want to eat what we see even when you don't have a taste for it and I did not have a taste for no chilly dogs. Especially Wienerschnitzel. No shade!! I will admit I was a lil caught off guard with the prices. I wasn't expecting to spend what I spent, but yea they have gone up a lot. The staff was nice, store was clean enough. It wasn't too busy and the wait wasn't to bad. I did notice that the hotdogs were fresher compared to the last time I ate here. Which has been forever, literally. Really just kinda wanted something different. And so when I saw the ad, my antenna went up like this is it....My problem is I don't know what it is about the chill that I forget I don't like and that's why I don't eat here more often. It has a taste I can't put into words. That kind of taste that has to grow on you. So I got 3 chill dogs and fries and the fries were cold and the chill was luke warm. And I felt like I had just been had, like someone had just play a joke on me. I just threw everything away, $10. bucks. I ate a half of one chilly dog and the rest went to the trash. A waste! There will be no more choosing lunch by looking at the ads in the paper anymore. Needless to say I was not please with the chilly on the hotdog, nor the fries. But let me be clear everything else was good as far as the staff and service goes. They just need to work on how they deliver the food. And that's the most important thing here. I had to change my review to 5 stars. The service has improved. I think they've worked out the kinks. Soda tastes right, dogs are fresh, buns are moist not soggy, the fries and corn dogs come out golden brown. I had a couple visits where I had some difficulties but the last handful of trips were excellent. I hope they keep it up. I'm sure the other drive throughs are feeling their presence. Most other drive throughs in the area are hit or miss. But not here. read more

I saw the advertisement for the new banana chocolate dipped cones last week, and have been reaming of them ever since. So finally last night I decided to stop on by to my neighborhood (or as close to me as possible) Wienerschnitzel to give them a try. As it was a bit of a warm day, I opted to go through the drive thru, along with my parents who also were excited to try them. The first thing we notice was there were at least 4 cars ahead, who all seemed to have placed their orders and were simply waiting, making it easy for us to pull up and immediately place our order. Our order was simple enough; two chocolate banana dipped cones, and one banana split for me, as I felt we needed a little variety! This is where the story stops being so happy and carefree. The lady taking our order did not speak very good english. This isn't too much of a problem, as my family all speaks Spanish to some degree. She also however must have been new, as she did not know how to properly submit our order, and over the loudspeaker we could hear her asking somebody else for help to place the order, then fumbled to give us ur order. Again, no problem so far, it happens. I will say as a side note though, $3 for a dipped cone and $5 for a banana split is not a good price at all haha, especially with how lackluster they truly are! It's at this point that I notice that nobody has received their food infant of us. We sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes! Naturally, we were blocked in, and couldn't leave. I was just hoping our ice cream was not melting at this point. Eventually we get up to the window, and the lady hands us a plain vanilla cone. Um, what? After explaining our order back to her, she places the plain cone down on the counter, then goes off to speak to her manager I'm assuming, again in Spanish. She didn't know what to do pretty much. Ugh, here we go. While this is happening, another worker starts making the banana split. She tries to hand me a ice cream boat with a banana, three standard ice cream mounds and the tiniest bit of chocolate sauce. THAT'S IT. After asking about the rest of the toppings she remarks, "oh, you wanted everything on it?" UGH!. Hands us a bag with the "everything" banana split, then walks back over to the ice cream machine, and squirts some into a pitcher. Maybe they have to keep it running for sanitary purposes? Makes sense to me! She proceeds to make the cone then leaves the room. She comes back around the corner (which is a little unnerving honestly) with just a banana dipped cone, no chocolate. We proceed to ask about the chocolate, and she takes the cone back to her mysterious dipping spot, and comes back with a now leaking and very drippy double dipped cone wrapped with three quickly soaking napkins. Again, she makes a cone in front of us, then disappears to dip it. This time around however I guess the coating wasn't during fast enough for it AND THIS HEFFER BLEW ON MY CONE. Would you like a side of germs with that?! It's at this point I just want my $8 and some change ice cream so I can leave as soon as possible. We take the cone, and pull off. My father takes a bite of the very top of his cone (the second one to come out) and the entire thing explodes melted ice cream all over him. Lovely. My mother's cracked immediately, and she is also covered in ice cream. I haven't even checked my banana split at this point, but my house is only a few lights up, I figure it'll be okay for a few more minutes of travel. Now mind you, I've gotten ice cream at other fast food places in sundae and banana split form, even some farther from my house. I've never had one melt one faster than this banana split. I got home and it was liquid. It started to leak within the bag, dripped all out and some ended up on my car seat. Mind you, I had the AC blasting in the car, because I knew the ice cream could get soft. But I'm thinking is they either overworked their machine or it doesn't work properly in the first place as the ice cream was softer than soft serve from the start. This is the second time I've come to this location, the first time wasn't much better at all. I don't think I will EVER recommend this place to anybody, they're slow even when not training new staff. Not to mention the fact that she blew her germs all over y cone, and I didn't see not one person wash their hards or use gloves after touching things. Consumer beware! read more

My classic chili cheese fries came with no cheese. I took it back to ask why there's no cheese. The cashier took and ask the only person who made the food and looked at it, took it to ask the manager in the back came back and ask to look at my receipt. I was the oy customer in the dining room. There is absolutely no cheese on my classic chili cheese fries which he's holding and yet he asks to see the receipt? He then says hes the one who made it and there's cheese on it. I was like theres absolutely no cheese only chili and you can see that. He then took it back and added cold cheese on top and hand it back to me. Will never come here again. read more

Just wanted to say how disappointed I am in what will be my last experience at this store. I drove a bit of a distance with many options along the way to come and eat here which is one of my favorite places to eat. I've always gotten the specials whether it's the 5 for 5 or the $4 mesl with chili fries, chili dog and chili burger. Always a great and amazing value 4 amazing food but at last today to my disappointment I was told that those deals are no longer available and that I would have to order from the regular lunch menu which at times could be out of my price range. These were one of those times I did not want to spend over $10 for a combo meal which in a way I was forced to do because with 30 minutes to eat there's no way I could have went anywhere else and driven back to work in time so I bought a meal came out to over $10 to find out while I'm sitting there eating, the tall middle Eastern gentleman that told me that those deals were no longer available completely lied to me because the 5 for 5 was indeed available and other customers we're being offered this deal and there was even an obscure sign slightly hidden in the front of the property when I walked out which I did not notice from the way I came in. Most of the times I let these things go but add-on poor customer service, tge cleanliness of the facility, no AC and Jeff and just the blatant look of disgust and disdain when I asked to use the facilities so I could wash my hands before I ate. All in all it was an experience that I will not subject myself to again. Hopefully this is a bit of insight for whoever is reading this. read more
