Prices were clearly listed: two scoops = €6. Cool. Simple. Except somehow both my friend and I were charged €10 each. When I asked why, they said it was because we got "bigger scoops." Fascinating concept, since that pricing policy exists nowhere on the menu and appears to be invented on the spot. If scoop size magically changes the price, maybe put that little detail in writing instead of springing it on customers after the fact..? So yes, €20 total for rushed, mediocre ice cream and a masterclass in upselling pressure. The staff wasn't friendly, the experience felt deliberately confusing, and the pricing was conveniently flexible in their favor. This place single-handedly turned a nice outing into a lesson in consumer vigilance. Would not return. Would not recommend. If you do go, ask about pricing before they start handing you ice cream samples to guilt you into a sale and then charging you for the deluxe surprise package.

Along the side of this harbour are the most picturesque row of cafes and shops that you could ever want to see. Interestingly, if the day is warm, there will be one shop that has a large crowd outside it - La Cremeria di Lazise. Essentially an ice-cream shop, however the variety and quality are exceptional. But you can enjoy Coffee, Pastries and some light Snacks out of the season. I love the ambiance and service here is quite good and fast. They are willing to explain whatever you are interested in. I enjoyed here some cakes bit sized perfect for sharing and trying different flavors. And have it all. From classic italian ones to modern ones. Glad we spent some time here and I am very happy that soon we will re-visit.
